Bad luck

Sorry guys for the lack of updates. I came back to London on the 7th just to see that the new room I got isn't ready for me to move in and the agency is just SH**. They were so rude to me, interrupted me the whole time on the telephone and even said they don't want to see me in their office. I was so shocked on the telephone, I even started to cry out of despair and anger when I hung up the telephone.

I can't believe I have these problems with a room the whole time! Even my father (which is very unusual for him) asked my mother why I am torturing myself and that I should just come back home.
Tomorrow I will have to go to a lawyer for help. The agency hasn't even registered the deposit I gave them (which they have to do by law). It's really annoying and I am just sick and tired of everything right now.
But I won't give up.
